Step 1

Wash and spin-dry the salads. Clean and rinse the radishes, cut them into slices. Mix mustard with vinegar, hazelnut oil, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Lightly oil the dung on a sheet of aluminum foil and brown them under the broiler.

Step 3

Fry the baguette in pieces in the remaining oil. Season the salad with the sauce, sprinkle with pine nuts and croutons, place the dung on top and serve immediately. Our advice: Divide the dung in two or three to better to grill them.
